Quiet Riot is 2 products in 1! A creamy matte lip paint with bold, intense color and a duochrome glitter gloss topper.
Each tube contains a complementary pairing of color and glitter. Combine them to create eye-popping glitter effects – or use them separately as standalone products.
When you get more than one, you can mix and match between the various colors available to create your own unique looks!
Step 1: Apply the base color
Step 2: Let it dry for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add a generous coat of glitter gloss.

I love the Quiet Riot lip duo!!! It’s super easy to apply! It’s a rich black that can be layered and is easy to be precise with lip lines. The glitter side looks so good over the black but is also super cute on bare lips or over other colors. Highly recommend!
This is the best lip color EVER! I got the fuschia color. The matte by itself is beautiful and literally if I fall asleep at night with it on, it’s still on the next morning. Then the layered glittered gloss… fab! I love it.
Also loving this color. It is very fun. I do wish there was just a little more color in the tube. Because i am going to use it ALL quickly!!
