Quiet Riot is 2 products in 1! A creamy matte lip paint with bold, intense color and a duochrome glitter gloss topper.
Each tube contains a complementary pairing of color and glitter. Combine them to create eye-popping glitter effects – or use them separately as standalone products.
When you get more than one, you can mix and match between the various colors available to create your own unique looks!
Step 1: Apply the base color

I have the Quiet Riot in 4 colors. I am obsessed with the black. Not only does the color stay put for hours even with snacks and sips, but the glitter gloss only needs touched up once in that same timeframe. I love that it is not sticky and my hair doesn't get stuck in it. I used to never use gloss, but now I am hooked on this glitter gloss!
