Quiet Riot is 2 products in 1! A creamy matte lip paint with bold, intense color and a duochrome glitter gloss topper.
Each tube contains a complementary pairing of color and glitter. Combine them to create eye-popping glitter effects – or use them separately as standalone products.
When you get more than one, you can mix and match between the various colors available to create your own unique looks!
Step 1: Apply the base color
Step 2: Let it dry for about 5 minutes.

I got this in every color and love them! I've received so many compliments on it.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. But WOW! Did this ever exceed any expectations. The matte is drying but after you apply the glitter it feels nice and slick. Not sticky AT ALL! And it’s LONG LASTING! I’m a forever fan!!!
